Process

Whether building a custom home, an accessory dwelling unit, or an addition, completing a remodel, or doing a tenant improvement for your commercial space, the process begins with a consultation with our owner, Shawn Johnson.  Shawn will introduce you to his team of real estate agents, architects, engineers, mortgage brokers, interior designers, and landscape designers.  Our team will coordinate finding a lot, financing, design and engineering of your home, submittal to your homeowner’s association, and submittal to the planning and building departments.  

Materials selections are next in the process.  Here we assist with selections of cabinetry, countertops, flooring, plumbing fixtures, and light fixtures, to name a few.  We provide our contractor discounts to our clients’ materials, while working within our clients’ budgets.

The construction process has many facets, therefore using our team to handle every detail provides clients with a seamless project, while delivering excellent customer service.  Kenneth Development has a long-standing relationship with its subcontractors, thereby providing excellent communication and an integrated approach to delivering the highest quality product.  Construction is managed daily with our Project Managers.

Following construction, a walk through is performed to review the operations and care of your home, along with discussing the warranty process.
